• Reflection of 2023 - Celebrate the wins   I   Find the lessons & the blessings (letting go of any baggage, so you can create from a place of gratitude)
• Uncover your individual core drivers (limit sabotage, and align your goals and vision for 2024)

Session 2 - Your 2024 Defined

• Create your greater vision for 2024, define what this means and looks like across different life areas
• Set inspiring goals and challenges to keep stepping up, growing and bring your vision to life
• Create certainty within your vision, by knowing what it's going to take to achieve it, so you're ahead of the game

Now... this is where most "goal setting" and "yearly planning" events stop

When the "workbook" with their goals, dreams and notes - sit on their desk for a week or two, get burried under a pile other books and important "stuff", eventually being filed in the drawer, on a bookshelf or under the bed eeeeeek

• Craft Your 2024 Vision Board (with Canva) - Your Vision & Growth Map for the Year, that has purpose, meaning, keeps you focused, on track and taking action

Session 4 - Make it Happen! Bringing your Vision to Life

• Learn techniques and strategies you can use on the daily to consistently build momentum and bring your vision to life
• Define what a "Successful Day in the Life of (Your Name Here) looks like, so you can experience it each day... so you're not waiting until you've achieved your goal(s), vision or the end of the year to feel successful
• Q&A to wrap up
